Go for the Gold is the an online learning activity portal for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. Students can access current news from the games, read articles about the history of the Olympics and Greece, write about why their community should be chosen as an Olympic host, and play educational games.
It's Greek to Me! tests kids on their knowledge affixes of Greek origin. The game features leveled questions, animation and audio feedback and a printable certificate. The design is illustrated in an Olympic competitive theme.
