Tulip Vase
Here's a photo of what I've been up to in Maine. It's a tulip vase with sgraffito insects and flowers.
Arts Residency at Watershed
I'm on my way to a two week residency at the Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts in Maine. I'm very excited and I hope to get lots of creative work done and meet lots of cool artists and craftspersons.

My brother has autism. He and my dad are part of a group of people getting a farm off the ground that provides an agriculture-based day program for adults with autism and produces organically grown vegetables, meat and eggs for their community in Hiram, Ohio.
The Hiram Farm has been accepted by the Pepsi Refresh Project to compete for a grant that will allow them to build an activity center and farm office. You can help them win the grant by voting for their grant idea at the Pepsi Refresh Project web site. Just search for Hiram Farm and click "Vote for this idea!" Their project will be on the site all June and you can vote every day.
